Hello friends and happy Wednesday! If this is your first time visiting my website, welcome! I am Crystal Komara, a.k.a. "Super Stamp Girl." If you are a regular visitor thanks for following along with me nearly every single day. I am truly grateful for each of you and I'm happy, and humbled, that you come back for some creative inspiration and, at times, a little entertaining humor from the oh-so-glamorous life of a cat mom and stamping fiend!
Today (and every Wednesday) I am sharing my Design Team card for the Watercooler Wednesday challenge. Fellow DT member Marsha has a "Feminine Anything Goes" challenge for us this week and I'm excited to be using this My Favorite Things "Queen for a Day" stamp set and coordinating crown die! It is such a fun and unique stamp set.
*Full supply list at end of post.
The backgrounds for each of these cards was created by using Tim Holtz Adirondack alcohol inks on Yupo paper. For more details on how I created these beautiful backgrounds, please read this post. The base for each of these A2 sized cards were made from Thick Whisper White cardstock. The crowns were cut using the coordinating dies from Gold Glimmer Paper and Silver Glimmer paper. The sentiments were stamped in either Gorgeous Grape ink (purple) or Melon Mambo ink (pink).
Here is the challenge banner from Watercooler Wednesday that inspired today's cards:
Thanks for visiting and I will be back next Wednesday for the
Watercooler Challenge again!
