Hello and Happy Wednesday to you! We are halfway done another week of work. There's something positive about Wednesday's, don't you think?
Today's card is for the color challenge with The Friday Mashup. We'll be using 3 out of the 5 new In-Colors.
Here's the Mashup Challenge:
Now, first, you have to to forgive the poor quality of this photo for my card. There are a few reasons for this:
1. It has been raining, and by "raining" I mean P-O-U-R-I-N-G outside, where I usually take my photos for the best light.
2. Everytime I attempted to go outside (in the pouring rain) to try a photo, either my asthma kicked in, or the camera lens got all foggy because of the extreme 110% humidity!
So, I ended up taking the photo inside and the lighting was just not quite good enough. However, please enjoy today's Friday Mashup challenge card:
Stamps: By the Tide, Lots of Thanks
Inks: Lost Lagoon, Mossy Meadow, Hello Honey
Papers: Mossy Meadow, Lost Lagoon, Whisper White, Hello Honey
Accessories: Pearl Rhinestones
I will tell you that I'm not particularly fond of this card. Now, why would I post a card that I'm not particularly fond of, you ask? Well, I just wanted to show you that we are not all perfect. Sometimes we make a card and might not think of it as our best job, and for me, this is definitely of those. So, I am human, just like you! I didn't want to be afraid to show you my (in my mind) "less than beautiful" card. Of course, someone out there (in some really far off distant land) might think it the most beautiful card ever. In which case, I'd graciously say, "thank you" (and then suggest they have their head examined)! LOL.
Thanks for visiting and have a S-U-P-E-R day!
