If you like purple then I have a feeling you are going to really love this card! Today I'm sharing my Design Team card for the Stamp, Ink, Paper color challenge. I know what you're thinking. . . how did she do that beautiful swirly background? Did she watercolor? Did she watercolor with the salt technique? Did she sponge it? Answer? I cheated! It is simply a piece of patterned paper I found in my scrap pile! Best. Scrap. Ever. You can see another beautiful card using this same paper (only in blue) HERE. I wish I could tell you what kind of paper pack it came from, but honestly, I have no idea! Next I heat embossed the flowers and splatter marks in white embossing powder on top of the paper. I added a few basic Pearl Jewels for some dimension and I even put a coat of Clear Wink of Stella on top of the entire image to give it a real sparkle (which isn't so obvious in these photos).
Thanks for visiting and I hope you have a wonderfully creative day!
