Hello readers and welcome back! I hope you enjoyed yesterday's post using the beautiful layering Peruvian Lily stamp set from Altenew. Today I have created two more cards to share with you using this same stamp set to show you it's versatility. Yesterday's card was a birthday card, but I mentioned how floral stamp sets offer an endless variety of options. First I created the black and yellow card as a sympathy card, but I liked the layout so much I also designed a second sympathy card featuring a blue color palette. Do you have a favorite?
The base of this A2 sized card is made from Basic Black cardstock. I die cut the first layer from Neenah Solar White Smooth cardstock using the Stitched Rectangle Nesting Dies from Gina Marie Designs. On this paper I stamped the sentiment in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. The sentiment is from the Deepest Sympathy stamp set by My Favorite Things. On a separate sheet of Neenah Solar White Smooth cardstock I stamped the two layering lilies in Crushed Curry, Memento Tuxedo Black, Smoky Slate and Basic Gray inks. I die cut the two lilies using the coordinating dies and adhered them to the center of the card using Stampin' Dimensionals. I put a coat of clear Wink of Stella on the flowers to make them sparkle. I stamped the leaves in Crushed Curry ink. Lastly I also added a few randomly placed rhinestones for even more sparkle.
Here is a close-up of the lily to show the added sparkle from adding a coat of clear Wink of Stella:
The second card I have to share with you today was made using the same basic layout and stamp set, I simply swapped out the dark colors to Blueberry Bushel, Calypso Coral, Pineapple Crush and Soft Sky.
I hope you have enjoyed seeing multiple cards using this Peruvian Lily stamp set both yesterday and today.
Thanks for visiting and have a wonderfully creative day!
