Hello my friends! Who's ready for a "historic" New England blizzard? 'Cause that's what they say is on the way! Have you been watching the news because the Weather Channel is talking EPIC here! Can we say "snow day" on Tuesday. . . Wednesday and maybe Thursday too!? Oh, goody, goody, I feel some mega stamp time coming on. . .
Winter Storm Juno you better not let me down.
Well, wait, hold on one sec, at least leave me with power though or I'll be stampin' by flashlight!
Today I have two cards for you. The first is for the Paper Craft Crew sketch #128:
Did you notice I flipped the sketch sideways for this one? While it is allowed, I have never actually done this in a challenge before. For some reason, I just couldn't come up with any great ideas on a vertical direction. Funny how that happens! And then, this idea came to me, literally in the middle of the night on Saturday evening. Yes, I dream about cards in my sleep. Do you?
The second card I have for you today is for The Paper Players sketch challenge:
I'll admit to being a little bit giddy over this card. Why? Simply because it's really stinkin' cute, and I don't do "cutesy" cards very often. Sure, I like them, but I guess it's not really "my style." This card now has me thinking otherwise. I should try "cutesy" more often!
Thanks for visiting today and everyday you swing by!
Best of luck over the next few days to all my readers in New England, I'll be right there shoveling out with you!
