Okay, so if you follow this blog, then by now you know me and my philosophy on bright colors pretty well. . . EEEK! I had the biggest moment of panic when I saw the colors from our challenge this week with the Paper Craft Crew Design Team. Could these colors possibly get any brighter? I could maybe do Night of Navy and Crushed Curry together. . . Maybe. Then again, maybe not.
Yikes, oh no. . . I feel my blood pressure rising already!
I really wanted to bow out of this challenge because I've had this "thing" lately about not even bothering to make cards that I know I won't like. Why waste my time or product, right? I have purchased a lot of new products recently from Papertrey Ink including this Garden Garland set (below) And, I thought, maybe, just maybe this would work with some Emerald Envy on the leaves and accentuated with Night of Navy and Crushed Curry flowers.
And, I think it does work! At least I'm mostly happy with the end result.
What do you think?
Thanks for visiting and have a wonderfully creative day!
