I feel like it has been a little while since I have participated in some card challenges. In between the craziness of work and life in general, there was the girls crafting getaway weekend, and then, a wonderful surprise, my sister-in-law and nieces flew in from Okinawa and then my parents drove down from Maine (to see those from Okinawa mainly). So, my little cape is FULL. Everyone is kind of congregating at my house for an early Thanksgiving/ Christmas, or what we have deemed, "Chrisgiving" and "Thanksmas."
But, while the grandparents were playing "Headbandz" with the kids and my SIL was checking for rental cars and my husband was mesmerized by the Weather Channel (holy snow!) I snuck down into my craft room for the Pals Paper Arts sketch challenge. And, I literally mean "snuck" down there!! I thought I went unnoticed. . . Until I heard "Uncle Crystal" (my 5-year old niece's name for me) yelling from the top of the stairs. . .
But, I still was able to pull together something rather quickly, that I still like (which is half the battle when you are trying to hurry!)
