Hello readers and welcome back from the weekend! I hope you all had a great one! Who did something super exciting? Share with us in the comments below! My weekends usually consist of some variation of Netflix/Hulu/Amazon Prime bingewatching, cat cuddling and stamping. I need to live my other exciting life vicariously through you!
Would you believe that my parents had about 5 inches of snow in Maine last week? Ugh! It's just too early this year! And Mr. Super Stamp Girl is already schoolgirl giddy about an early ski season. Double UGH. I'm okay with the snow, 'cuz you know it's pretty and all, but snow means cold and cold does not make me happy.
If we must go "dashing through the snow" anytime soon, may all your snowflakes be monochromatic mint this year. . .
The base of this A2 sized card is made from Neenah Solar White smooth cardstock. I cut the first 5 1/4" x 4" layer from Mint Macaron cardstock. I heat embossed the Mint Macaron background in white embossing powder using the Dotted Argyle stamp by Impression Obssession. I die cut the fancy label from Neenah Solar white cardstock and adhered this to the center of the card. I die cut the snowflake from Mint Macaron cardstock using the Eliza Snowflake die. I added a rhinestone basic jewel to the tip of each snowflake and put a coat of Clear Wink of Stella on the snowflake for added sparkle. I cut a solid silver glittery snowflake from the Fab Flakes set from Papertrey Ink. Lastly, I stamped the sentiment "dashing through the snow" in Mint Macaron ink on white cardstock and notched both ends before adhering it to the center of the card using Stampin' Dimensionals for added height.
Thanks for visiting and have a wonderfully creative day!
