Who are the "Blogging Friends?"
Almost three years ago, I organized a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators located all across the U.S. and Canada who had never met before. Well, actually, we still haven’t met yet (in person). . . But, through our common bond of Stampin’ Up! and a shared love of paper-crafting we have created a fun blog hop.
Please join us on the 1st of every month to see what wonderful things we have created for you!
In case you’ve never ‘done’ a blog hop before, it’s really easy. At the bottom of this post, you’ll see a "next" image and when you click on it, you’ll be taken directly to the next participant in the hop. Keep clicking on that image at the bottom of each blog post, and you’ll hop through all of the participating blogs, back to where you started – and you’ll see all of the amazing projects created for your inspiration.
I promise, you won't want to miss a stop! We try and wow you each month with our creativity!
The theme of this month's blog hop is "Sale-A-Bration." In a nutshell, Sale-a-Bration is Stampin' UP!'s B-I-G-G-E-S-T sale of the year.

The base of this A2 sized card is made from Whisper White cardstock. The first matted layer is Crumb Cake cardstock. To cut the elegant scalloped detail I ran the sheet of Crumb Cake cardstock through my Big Shot using a Scalloped Rectangle die from Gina Marie Designs dies. I heat embossed the sentiment from the Amazing You stamp set in White Stampin' Emboss powder. Using Calypso Coral ink, I stamped two flowers on Calypso Coral cardstock. I stamped two flowers in Berry Burst ink on Berry Burst cardstock. Then I stamped one each of Calypso Coral and Berry Burst ink onto Whisper White cardstock. After fussy cutting all the flowers out, I adhered them to the card using Stampin' Dimensionals. I added Pearl Basic Jewels to the center of the flowers in both large and small sizes. Using the Leaf Punch, I punched out a couple leaves in both Gold Glimmer Paper and a retired Pear Pizzazz glimmer paper. These leaves really made the card sparkle.
To decorate this cute Mini Gable Box, I simply cut a strip of Sweet Soiree DSP 12" x 2" and wrapped it around the mini Gable box using Tear Tape. I cut a 5" x 1' strip of Silver Glimmer paper and adhered it to the center of the box. I die cut the "Celebrate" sentiment from Calypso Coral cardstock and adhered it using Fine Tip Glue. Lastly I added a small piece of Berry Burst ribbon and Whisper White Baker's Twine to the handle of the mini gable box.
I'm also linking up with the What Will You Stamp Challenge this week as they feature the "Amazing You" stamp set:
