Hello friends! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. As I had a very busy workweek, I took the pleasure of relaxing quite a bit on Saturday. It was lovely and calming to not have anything to do or anywhere to go. I even ignored the laundry AND the dishes! In fact, I even went into my craft room on Saturday and just sat there and stared. I stared at my paper, I stared at my stamps. I stared at many things. . .
I'm good at this doing nothing thing! I tried to make a card, but, my brain and heart just weren't into it. So, I did a little bit of organizing. Organizing always seems to help clear my mind, because by Sunday I was anxious to stamp again!
It also snowed here on Sunday, but we won't talk about that! Or, the fact that it is snowing AGAIN right now! Snow in April is just so many forms of wrong.
Definitely Dahlia Clear-Mount Background Stamp

Make a big statement with a big flower. This large stamp (4-3/8" x 4-1/8") makes a dramatic focal point, or you can combine several flowers for a enormous bouquet.
Today's card was inspired by the sketch at Just Add Ink. I hope on this snowy back-to-work Monday that bright pink butterflies and dahlias remind you that spring is coming. . . Eventually. . . Really, it is. . .
