Hello again for the second time this morning, friends! I told you I've been busy! If you missed today's first post showcasing three beautiful cards I made using the all-NEW stamp set "Sitting Here" then click here to view those. I promise you won't want to miss that sneak peek!
The next two cards I have to share with you were made for two separate challenges. The first card was inspired by the "animal" theme at The Paper Players. I will admit, there are so many animals I could have chosen from, because well, you know, this girl L-O-V-E-S her animals! And, while I admit that dinosaurs might not be so cute and cuddly (especially that T-Rex!) technically, albeit extinct, they qualify. And, this stamp set, "No Bones About It" is one that I rarely use. It was practically begging to be taken out of it's case. . . Okay, and maybe, just maybe, I might have seen the new Jurassic World movie recently. . .
There is no way I can make a smooth transition from dinosaurs to dahlias. Other than they both begin with "D." Ha, I did it! How's that for finding common ground!? The second card I have to share with you, is simply gorgeous, if I do say so myself! You are looking at a card inspired by the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches that showcases (rather beautifully) the new In-Color Sweet Sugarplum. Oh, you are going to L-O-V-E this color, I know it. Sweet it truly is.
Thanks for visiting today!
I always look forward to reading your kind and thoughtful comments!
