As I sit staring out the window to 3" of freshly fallen snow, l take solitude in the spring-like colors selected at Create with Connie and Mary this week for the color challenge.
Ahhh, Easter bunnies and spring flowers! Too bad that solitude dissipates rather quickly as I know there are an additional "plowable" (according to the local meteorologist) amounts of snow headed my way in the next 24 hours. Snow, why must you fall on my Stamp Camp Wednesday's? This will be the third month IN A ROW you have ruined for me and my BSF's (Best Stamping Friends). At the very least, you owe me a snow day from work!
As for the challenge, I think these colors worked very well for my gender neutral baby card. Here are the products that I used:
Sahara Sand cardstock
Pistachio Pudding cardstock and marker
Crisp Cantelope cardstock and marker
Storybook Friends stamp set
Sweet Essentials stamp set (sentiment)
Basic Black ink
Sweet Sorbet DSP (FREE during Sale-a-Bration!)
Crisp Cantelope ruffled ribbon
Thanks for stopping by and best of luck to my readers on the East Coast who are still shoveling out from Winter Storm Maximus as we are gearing up for Nika!)
