It's a Bonus Wednesday! Lucky you, you get the privilege of two blog posts today! Sorry, and you thought you were getting an actual bonus, bonus. As in cash bonus? Sorry, wrong website! I only wish I had cash to pass out freely! I simply just had deadlines for two challenges to meet, and they both needed to be posted today.
First up is the Color Challenge with Connie and Mary. The challenge asks card makers to combine three colors: Cherry Cobbler, Crumb Cake and Old Olive. That color combo pretty much screams Christmas, don't you think?
Well, as you can see. I agree, and, that's exactly what I did. I hauled out my Stitched Stocking stamp set and coordinating punch (both of which I bought at a tag sale last spring) and used them for the first time EVER! This is really a great set, there is just so much that you can do. Sure, my stockings are Old Olive and Cherry Cobbler, but you could "stitch" (or stamp) stockings of EVERY color imaginable. . . The options are endless.
Cherry Cobbler cardstock
Old Olive cardstock
Crumb Cake cardstock
Cherry Cobbler ink
Old Olive ink
Stitched stocking stamp set and punch
Apothecary Accent framelits
Curly Cute stamp set
Natural linen thread
Thanks for stopping by and have a S-U-P-E-R day!'
OR. . . continue reading for the second posting today and much more. . .
