Who Are The Blogging Friends?
Three years ago, I organized a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators located all across the U.S. and Canada who had never met before. Well, actually, we still haven’t met yet (in person). . . But, through our common bond of Stampin’ Up! and a shared love of paper-crafting we have created a fun blog hop.
Please join us on the 1st of every month to see what wonderful things we have created for you!
In case you’ve never ‘done’ a blog hop before, it’s really easy. At the bottom of this post, you’ll see a "next" image and when you click on it, you’ll be taken directly to the next participant in the hop. Keep clicking on that image at the bottom of each blog post, and you’ll hop through all of the participating blogs, back to where you started – and you’ll see all of the amazing projects created for your inspiration.
I promise, you won't want to miss a stop! We try and wow you each month with our creativity!
This month the theme of our blog hop is an inspiration photo. Using the image shown above, I have created two cards to share with you today. Both cards were inspired by the rich autumn hues of the photo and the pumpkins.
For the first card, I have used the new "Pop on By" stamp set and coordinating framelit dies. I'll be honest that this wasn't as user-friendly as I would have liked for a stamp set! The coordinating dies to this set are supposed to create a pop up house for the inside of your cards, but I just found the dies to difficult to use in the time I had to create! So my "Pop on By" card is well, pop-less!
The second card I created for today's hop using the same inspiration photo was made using the Barn Door stamp set and coordinating framelit dies. The sliding barn door does in fact move from left to right (shown in the photos below):
Thanks for visiting, I hope you have enjoyed today's fall inspired cards!
