Hello friends! If this is your first time visiting my website, welcome! I am Crystal Komara, a.k.a. "Super Stamp Girl." If you are a regular visitor thanks for following along with me nearly every single day. I am truly grateful for each of you and I'm happy, and humbled, that you come back for some creative inspiration and, at times, a little entertaining humor from the oh-so-glamorous life of a triple cat mom and stamping fiend! I simply aspire to have some creative fun here!
Today (and every Wednesday) I share my Design Team card or project for the Watercooler Wednesday challenges. This week Gail is our host and the theme is "Feminine Anything Goes." I have used the fun Shine On stamp set and coordinating dies by Honey Bee Stamps to create today's ultra-feminine card. I love that this stamp is so unique and unlike any other stamp I already own!
*Full supply list at end of post.
The base of this A2 sized card is made from Basic Black cardstock. The first 5 1/4" x 4" layer is a random scrap of black and white diagononal lined paper. Next using the Scalloped Stitched Nesting Rectangle dies by Gina Marie Designs I cut a rectangle from Basic Black cardstock. I also used the similar Stitched Rectangle dies by Gina Marie Designs and cut a rectangle from Whisper White cardstock. Using the Honey Bee Stamps Shine On dies, I die cut the two nail polish bottles from Basic Black cardstock. The insides of the bottles or "polish" was die cut from Silver Glimmer Paper and Pink sparkle paper. Both bows were heat embossed in white embossing powder on Basic Black cardstock and die cut. The bows were adhered to the nail polish bottles with glue dots. Lastly, I heat embossed the sentiment "Mani Thanks" in White embossing powder on Basic Black cardstock. The sentiment was adhered to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals for added height.
