Hi friends and happy Tuesday! Yesterday I shared a card with you using the exact same stamp that I am using today, but today's card is much more simple! Even though those fun interactive dies are so cool, I recognize that we are all at various levels in our cardmaking skills, so I try to share a variety of cards here to appeal to all audiences.
The base of this A2 sized card is made from Cherry Cobbler cardstock. I cut a 5 1/4" x 4" sheet of Whisper White cardstock and ran it through my Big Shot using the Woodland Textures embossing folder. I adhered this embossed sheet directly to my card base. Using the Heffy Doodle Stitched Slopey Joes border I die cut another sheet of Whisper White cardstock and stamped the sentiment in the lower left corner using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. I added Lawn Fawn's Chunky Glitter to this "snowbank" and adhered it using Stampin' Dimensionals for added depth. I stamped all images on Whisper White cardstock using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored them with Spectrum Noir alcohol ink markers. I added Lawn Fawn's Prisma Glitter to the white parts for added sparkle. Lastly I adhered the colored images (elf, tree and presents) using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Here is the Santa's Elves stamp set by My Favorite Things that I used to create this card:
