Holy H-O-T! I'm pretty sure it was snowing just a little over 3 weeks ago here in Massachusetts and I had the heat on in my house. Well, yesterday hit 92 degrees and now my central air is working overtime! Where did the happy medium go?
Today's beautiful watercolor card was inspired by the color challenge at the Global Design Project and the sketch challenge at Freshly Made Sketches. In full disclosure, I was so tired when I came home from work last night that I didn't really feel like doing anything in my craft room. Well, anything at all in general really. . . Plus, my quads and calves were killing me from a "Bodystep" class the night before. . . But, a bowl of Captain Crunch (with berries, of course!) seemed to put a little oomph in my step. Maybe I do my best work practically delirious and suffering from near heat exhaustion! But, then I was on a high fructose corn syrup high, so, there was no going to bed! Kids, don't try this at home.
