Yippee! Woohoo! Happy Friday dance!
Sorry, I just had to do that! I mean, who doesn't like Fridays? Do you have any exciting weekend plans? Well, let me tell you mine. . . I'm taking two of my teenage cousins, visiting from Spain, to New York City for the first time ever this weekend! Am I mildly insane? Perhaps! But, oh my gosh, I remember my first trip to the Big Apple and if I can give that same experience to someone else, it will be just as fun and memorable for me too! I'm sure I'll share some pictures with when we get back.
Today's card is for the Paper Players theme challenge:
OOOoohhh, I LOVE the beach! Then again, I guess the beach is kind of like Fridays - who doesn't like them? Minus the whole sand in EVERY crevice kind of thing. . . .Ugh. Hate that. Unfortunately, I also live two hours from the closest shores in Rhode Island and eastern Massachusetts, so I don't get to go as nearly as often as I wish I could. I think the beach can be so serene and peaceful, which is why I think it can also make for a beautiful sympathy card and I have always loved this "Footprints" poem:
Stamps: By the Seashore, Footprints
Papers: Lost Lagoon cardstock , Crumb Cake cardstock, Maritime DSP, Whisper White cardstock
Inks: Lost Lagoon, Crumb Cake
Accessories: Gold Bakers twine, Script TIEF, Deco Labels Collection framelits
Thanks for stopping by and have a S-U-P-E-R Friday!
