Let's pretend as I write today's post that I'm sitting on a beach of warm Sahara Sand, staring out at a Lost Lagoon sea, with a Crisp Cantelope rum runner in my hand, because that's what the Paper Players have led us to dream about this week. . .
I'm proud to say that this card adhere's to one of my New Year's crafting resolutions - to use NBUS. *Never Before Used Schtuff! You know, all those stamps and papers and products that you say you'll dust off and use, but never do? Well, 2015, this is the year!
In case you're wondering, a few other crafting resolutions were:
1. Learn calligraphy - this will really enhance my card making with beautifully addressed envelopes
2. Break out of my typical clean and simple layered look - I need to embrace the grunge
So far, I've learned my capital "A" and "B" in the Italic calligraphy font, so if your name happens to be AB I'm good to go!
Thanks for visiting and I'd really encourage you to leave your comments! I love hearing from my readers - who you are, where you live, what brought you to my website, what you like (and even what you don't, if you're nice about it!)
