This past weekend was a mini-late-anniversary vacation to Cape Cod. Minus a stomach bug - which made all seafood very unappealing, and a broken down SUV for the first two out of four days, and a $400 mechanic bill, it was a good time. Really, it was! It is the most beautiful time of the year to enjoy the Cape without the throngs of tourists, traffic and high season prices!
Here is the view outside our apartment:
No visit to Provincetown would be complete without a Bloody Mary from the infamous "Lobster Pot."
Yes, it is nearly ketchup thick! But, it is the quaint boutiques, book shoppes, cafés, gardens and antiques (or "MANtiques" as they are advertised in P-town) that I love most.
And, for today's Tea for Tuesday post, joining up with my fellow T'ers again this week, while the Bloody Mary would suffice, how about the joys in finding what has to be the world's largest red Solo cup! Hmmm, any thoughts what we should fill it up with?
