Hello and Happy 4th of July to you! I hope you are baskin' in the sun somewhere, sippin' a pina colada and celebratin' your independence and freedom.
In honor of the Stampin' Up! Only 100th challenge, they are letting you pick from one of their 99 other challenge themes. Ooh, what a tough decision! Favorite colors. Favorite retired sets. Favorite techniques. Favorite fun folds. So many choices!
Hmm, there's almost too much leeway there! I think I do better with stricter restrictions! After much debate, I decided to go with Challenge #83 - favorite sentiment.
Sure, this quote is sad in so many ways, but there is such beauty and truth in it as well. I also think my decision to pair the new Lost Lagoon In-Color with Smoky Slate came out rather elegantly and will make for a most memorable sympathy card.
Stamps: Thoughts and Prayers (tree), Creative Elements (quote)
Inks: Lost Lagoon
Papers: Lost Lagoon cardstock, Smoky Slate cardstock, Whisper White cardstock
Accessories: Rhinestones, Lost Lagoon Satin Ribbon, TIEF with a name that slipped my mind!
Thanks for stopping by and visiting today. I always look forward to reading your kind comments. I hope you have a S-U-P-E-R day!
