I really struggle with red, white and blue color challenges, like today's challenge with Stylin' Stampin' INKspiration. I find it difficult to make something that is not patriotic themed. So, with their red, white and blue challenge this week, I was determined to succeed in making a card that did not have a flag, a map or stars and stripes on it. I partially succeeded. . . Rather than an Americana themed card, I went with baseball, America's favorite pastime. I live in Massachusetts, home of Red Sox nation, but, I married a die hard Yankee's fan. So. . . in order to keep the peace,
I did not get team specific. Red for the Red Sox AND blue for the Yankees.
Thanks for visiting and have a wonderfully creative day!
P.S. - Go Sox!
