As a woman, I would be remiss if I didn't acknowledge that October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The statistics say it all. 1 in 7 women will battle breast cancer in her lifetime. 1 in 7. Those odds are shockingly astounding. Your mother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, grandmother, BFF or fellow stamp camper. Seven of those women, the nearest and dearest to you, not to mention yourself, will brave the fight.
So, "Save the Ta-Ta's," "Help Save 2nd Base," "Fight Like a Girl". . . Whatever your campaign.. . There is no better time to wear pink. And wear it proudly. WE are all in this together.
