Hello and Happy Owl-o-ween, my friends!
Isn't this owl super spooky sponged in hues of greens, grays and yellows? Where did I get this great stamp you are wondering, right? Well, this digistamp was courtesy of my friend Ginny from Maxam Made. I really owe her a big thank you for opening up a whole new genre of stamping in digital images.
Not familiar with digistamps?
Digi stamps are downloadable files that you save to your computer. They are wonderful for cardmaking, scrapbooking and other paper crafts and are an inexpensive alternative to actual stamps. You do not need any fancy computerware, a simple Microsoft Word program (that comes standard with most PC's) will allow you to open, resize and print your digis right onto cardstock!
I will admit that I am nowhere near an expert or even well-knowledged on the subject of digistamps. I have only used two images (one being the above) thus far, but oh, how I can just see an endless limit to stamping with all of these digital options!
Give digistamps a try!
Wishing you a wonderfully spooky and S-U-P-E-R fun (but always safe) Halloween!
