Who says "Thankful" cards have to be all acorns, pumpkins and harvest colors? One can be blessed in so many ways. . . Today I have a sunflower garden of gratitude to share with you for The Paper Players count your blessings theme challenge. This card began when I was sorting through my sticker/embellishments box from Robin's Room and came across this beautiful set of sunflowers from Jolee's. I know sunflowers aren't exactly in season right now, but, there's something about them that simply makes me happy and makes me smile.
This base of this cheerful garden card is made from Crumb Cake and Very Vanilla cardstock. If you look really close you will see a white picket fence underneath the window (also a Jolee's embellishment), but, you might not even have noticed it. In hindsight, I would have die cut it from another color. Additional elements include the window Hearth and Home Thinlets die and a Tim Holtz brick embossing folder to complete this garden of gratitude.
Thanks for visiting and have a wonderfully creative day!
