Hello readers and welcome back from the weekend! I know Monday's are always kind of tough, but hey, you got an extra hour of sleep on Sunday, so maybe today was slightly easier than most Monday's. My mom was visiting and we had sooooo much fun together! Friday we went consignment store shopping (one of our favorite hobbies together) and I bought my very first fur coat. I have been searching for y-e-a-r-s. . . I know, I know, I'm an animal lover myself, but it's so rich and beautiful. It's a mid-length oxblood colored fox fur and I can't wait to wear it, although I certainly don't want sub-zero temperatures anytime soon.! Then, on Saturday, myself and two other demonstrators hosted a Christmas Stamp-a-Stack and my mom was one of my guests and she said she had so much fun! I'm sad to admit that I left my phone at home that day and unfortunately, I have no photos to show from the day's festivities. So, if you didn't get to join in on the fun this year, I hope you will join us for our Spring Stamp-A-Stack (date to be announced at a later time).
Today I'm sharing a card inspired by the sketch at Freshly Made Sketches. I opened up my new Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper this weekend and made two cards using pieces of it. See the other card here. This paper features one of my favorite holiday color combinations - Real Red and Crumb Cake.
Thanks for visiting and have a wonderfully creative day!
