If you continue reading on to today's second post, you will see that I made two cards for color challenges today and the funny thing is, they couldn't be more opposite in hues! The first challenge with The Card Concept was bright limes, oranges and yellows. Now, it's a more subtle selection with the Colour Me Card Challenge:
Of course, those who know me well, know that bright colors are NOT my forte. They scare the beejeezus out of me truthfully! I'm a neutrals/subtles kinda girl.
I had fun making this kind of collage-y butterfly card. It's a bit "out of the box" for me. I'm traditionally more of a Clean and Simple or Clean and Layered kind of cardmaker. But, it's nice to stretch your talents every now and then.
