Hello readers and happy Sunday to you! I hope you all are having a wonderful weekend! Today I'm hosting my Christmas in July Stamp-a-Stack, so it's officially Christmas card kick-off season here on Super Stamp Girl! I'm now free to begin posting Christmas cards without guilt or collective groans and signs from the peanut gallery that it's "too early!" Because, anyone who makes their own cards knows you can never start early enough. But, hopefully if you came to today's class - you'll have 16 Christmas cards made already which is a very good starting point!
Here is one of the beautiful cards we're making at my Christmas in July Stamp-a-Stack today:
The base of this A2 size card is made from Night of Navy cardstock. I cut a piece of Crumb Cake cardstock and using White Stampin' Emboss Powder heat embossed stars from the Star of Light stamp set on it. I cut a Delicate White Doily in half and adhered it to the center of the card. I also cut a strip of miscellaneous navy and gold scrapbook paper, notched both ends and adhered it to the center of the card over the doily.
I cut the Leaping Deer die from Gold Foil cardstock and adhered it to the card using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Using the Gina Marie Scalloped Circle Dies, I cut a large circle from Night of Navy Cardstock. Using a smaller Gina Marie Stitched Circle Die, I cut a circle from Whisper White cardstock. Using Night of Navy ink, I stamped the sentiment to the center of the Whisper White Circle. I adhered this stamped and mounted sentiment to the card using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Thanks for visiting and have a wonderfully creative day!
