Who are the ‘Blogging Friends’? Almost two years ago, I rounded up a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators located all across the U.S. and Canada who had never met before. Well, actually, we still haven’t met yet (in person). . . But, through our common bond of Stampin’ Up! and a shared love of papercrafting we have created a fun blog hop. Please join us on the 1st of every month to see what wonderful things we have created!
In case you’ve never ‘done’ a blog hop before, it’s really easy! At the bottom of this post, you’ll see a "next" image and when you click on it, you’ll be taken directly to the next participant in the hop. Keep clicking on that image at the bottom of each blog post, and you’ll hop through all of the participating blogs, back to where you started – and you’ll see all of the amazing projects created for your inspiration! You won't want to miss a stop, I promise!
THIS MONTH'S THEME: 2017 Holiday Occasions Catalog
Before I get to my project today, I'd like to send a little love and hope to our fellow Blogging Friends Blog Hop member, Libby Fens. Libby lives in Texas and is one of countless victims of the devastating Hurricane Harvey. As such, Libby will not be joining us this month, but please visit her website here and leave her some love. We wish Libby, her family, friends, and everyone (and their pets!) continued blessings, hope and support.
Today I'm sharing some Halloween treat bags that I made using the retired Mini Milk carton die and a new stamp set called Graveyard Gate from the 2017 Holiday Occasions catalog. The retired Mini Milk carton die (and the retired pillow box die) are my go-to Sizzix dies for easy treat packaging instead of spending time measuring, cutting and scoring.
Here is the new stamp set called Graveyard Gate that I used to embellish these treat bags:
I also used the new Merry Moments Designer Series Paper. Sure, it was designed with Christmas in mind, but some of those colors and patterns also worked perfectly for Halloween!
You don't want to miss out on the rest of the Blogging Friends Blog Hopping adventure, so, click below to advance to directly to Anna's website. She is super talented! Or, click below on any of the names to see what they have created for you!
Thanks for visiting and have a wonderfully creative day!
